It’s a busy day at Heriot’s. Two good sized catering events.
A lovely Saturday for an Autumn wedding. And it’s being held at one of our favourite venues, the Great Barn in Ruislip. It is an Old Barn – very large – converted to hold events of various types. It is a popular place for weddings as its situation in Middlesex is very convenient for London couples tying the knot.
Today’s event has 90 people to cater for. The Bride and Groom have chosen a traditional sit down banquet for their Wedding Breakfast. Trio of Fish Terrine; Fillet of Venison; Apple and Ginger Crumble. A great meal for an Autumn Wedding.
Meanwhile at Avenue House, Finchley, London, a birthday party is taking place. Some 80 people have come together to celebrate the event. For this we have prepared a Hot Fork Buffet with several dishes including: Lamb Tagine; Chicken Cliquot; Stuffed Aubergines. For dessert we have provided a Truffe Chocolat.
