Catered Buffets – Sam’s Log

Today, October 14, we’re at the business management school, ESCP-EAP, in Finchley. The ESCP is the London college of the European Business School. We go regularly to provide lunches for meetings and events. Today the college chose one of our  Hot Fork Buffets which included Duck, Corn Fed Chicken, Stuffed Aubergines and Fresh Lemon Tart.
Our Buffets do provide our clients with plenty of options (self plug). But really we do offer such a range which can be mixed to satisfy many tastes. We’re rather proud of that and we know our clients are happy we offer it.
