A Private Buffet Lunch – Sam’s Log

We’re back at the delightful Rosary Priory, Bushey. Today we have 70 people enjoying a lunch of the popular Heriot hot fork buffet.

The big thing about our buffets is people can choose what they like. So today at the Priory the buffet included Duck and Ragout of Lamb. Our delicious Tiramisu was the dessert of choice.

I think people really like our buffets. Apart from the scrumptious food, even if I do say that myself, we supply plates, cutlery, napkins and other odds and ends.  So for a non-service event the big plus is that it’s all disposable. So there’s no mess. Everyone dips in and out of the food as they want and at the end – chuck the plates away. We turn up later to grab the our dishes and terrines. But overall there is no hassle for our clients.
