Wedding & Society Catering – Sam’s Log

Another busy day at the Heriot Kitchen with a Wedding and a Banquet.
At Avenue House, Finchley a Wedding for 47  people.
We served a 2 course hot fork buffet including Lamb Tagine, Fillet of Corn Fed Chicken. For dessert the Bride and Groom had chosen our ever popular Tiramisu.
Meanwhile, at Parmitars School, Watford, preparations were under way for the Annual Governors’ Ball.  171 people sat down to  a 3 course Banquet with a starter of  Fanfare of Melon,  a main course of Roast Lamb followed by Orange Tart. Coffee with Cheese and Biscuits completed the dinner.
