This evening a 60th Birthday Celebration with 150 guests.
And it was quite an event!
The setting was an elaborate Marquee in black & white at client’s home in Chalfont St Peter, with a light show, Bunny Girls and an Elvis impersonator.
To add to the evening’s event was our very popular New Bowl Food menu, which included:
Fricassee of Salmon, courgette chips, roasted butternut squash.
Wild mushroom, spinach and ricotta tortellini with foccacia fingers.
Shredded duck, scallions and Singapore noodles.
Boeuf Bourguignon with rustic bread.
Chicken tandoori with pilaff rice.
For the dessert there was a choice between individual glasses of truffe chocolat and exotic fresh fruit salad.
