At Heriot Catering we grow and cultivate a substantial amount of our own fruit and vegetables. This provides us with fresh produce for our catering in the winter.
The fruit is especially well-used as it goes into our apple pie and apple crumble. Very popular desserts in the winter.
The Harvest theme proved to be popular recently, when we catered for a wedding which required a light evening buffet. So we created a new concept – the Rustic Buffet. This mainly comprised: our own baked breads, an assortment of cheeses, and fruits.
The image below shows the simplicity of it. And we can say that the evening guests thoroughly enjoyed it.
