A little bit late with this one from Saturday March 31st. But we at Heriot Catering travelled to Lillibrooke Manor, near Maidenhead, Berks which was the delightful venue chosen by the couple to hold a Vietnamese Buffet.
The Wedding Reception was attended by 125 very hungry guests. To satisfy them we had prepared a very special menu as requested by the bride and groom.
It was a special buffet featuring some very International dishes. The guests enjoyed our take on:
- Pork Belly with Crackling,
- Crispy Vietnamese Duck ,
- Pak Choi,
- Stir Fried Vegetables with Shitaki Mushrooms.
The buffet was served in the Old Barn on the property. And with the wonderful weather it was a lovely setting for the wedding.
Many of the Groom’s guests hailed from Nigeria. They were so impressed with the couple’s choice of menu, that they pleaded with our Head Chef Kim Chapman to stay the weekend and do a repeat performance for lunch the following day!
So I think we can say yet again that at Heriot’s we are ready to provide the menus we re asked for. International cuisine to suit your tastes.
