One of our secrets is to be silent servers. Moving around and getting everything done without being noticed.
When a guest needs us – we’re there. When they don’t, we just get on with what needs to be done, and then stay in the background.
It’s what people prefer. Too much crashing around, and barging into guests is not what we’re about.
Of course, we don’t just make these statements. We get a lot of comments from our clients. And this one below just shows how much people appreciate that part of our work.
“We were impressed with how well they got on so quietly and efficiently, causing no disruption to the proceedings at all. Excellent service.”
This again quoting from one of our clients who kindly took the trouble to write to us.
Naturally Chef was mentioned in the letter for his unique contribution. The cooking and food preparation is the heart of what we do.
The service part creates the experience, and part of the memory of the event. Which is quite a profound thought.
